What to Expect

This Reiki Level I Training & Attunement, including Animal Reiki and Animal Communication, is a gentle yet powerful introduction to Reiki for self-healing, personal practice, and sharing Reiki with family, friends, and animal companions. The training is held in person over three days (5–6 hours each) across a full weekend and a separate Saturday, in a safe, supportive group setting.

You will receive your First Level Reiki Attunement, learn the foundations of Reiki and energy awareness, and take part in hands-on, supervised practice to build confidence and trust in your intuition. Animal Reiki is woven throughout the training, with a strong focus on consent-based practice and time spent learning alongside the horses.

The course includes a follow-up integration meeting, course materials, access to a Reiki support and Reiki Shares group, and a Reiki Level 1 Certificate.
Investment: €275, including a €75 deposit, with the balance due on Day 1.

Nourishing lunches are included.
Limited onsite accommodation is available at an additional cost, with the option of an evening meal and breakfast.

What You Will Learn

Foundations of Reiki

• What Reiki is and how it works

• The Reiki Principles and their application in daily life

• History of Reiki and an overview of the Reiki levels

• Ways Reiki supports physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing

You will receive your First Level Reiki Attunement, with guided integration and space to share experiences.

Working with Energy

• Understanding the aura, chakras, and energy systems

• Developing energetic sensitivity and intuitive awareness

• Scanning, clearing, and energising the energy field

Hands-On Reiki Practice

• Self-Reiki

• Chair Reiki and plinth treatments

• Giving and receiving full Reiki treatments under supervision

A minimum of 14 hours of supervised practice is included, supporting confidence and embodiment.

Ethics, Self-Care & Energy Management

• Ethical Reiki practice

• Daily self-care and personal responsibility

• Healthy boundaries, energy protection, and cord-cutting

Animal Reiki & Animal Communication

Animal Reiki is an integral part of this Level 1 training. You will learn gentle, consent-based Reiki for animals, tuning into their cues and boundaries rather than imposing healing.

This includes:

• Deepening connection with animal companions

• Supporting animals emotionally, physically, and energetically

• Assisting with behavioural shifts, illness, grief, and end-of-life care

Time spent with the horses offers a powerful opportunity to experience Reiki and animal communication in practice.

Integration & Certification

A follow-up integration meeting (2+ hours) takes place 3–6 weeks after the training and includes sharing, Q&A, and group Reiki practice.

You will also receive a course manual, additional notes and gain access to the “ Reiki support & Reiki Shares Group a supportive community space for continued practice, Reiki shares, and ongoing learning as your confidence and skills grow.

A Reiki Level 1 Certificate is awarded upon completion.

A minimum of six to nine months integration is required before progressing to Reiki Level II, allowing time for embodiment, confidence, and experience.
